In respect to Australian domestic orders, A&M Enterprises' responsibility of order fulfilment is limited to the assurance of product despatch. From the time that the item has become intrusted in the care of Australia Post, unless additional insurance has been purchased, the buyer assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the delivery and/or non-delivery of the product(s). By default, postal registration covers the first 100 product value only - any above this cost is to be borne by the customer. |
